I have always been prone to lower back discomfort / pain and have through the years, tried Physio, Chiropractics, etc., which, quite honestly did nothing to improve my condition and, on some occasions, had a negative effect and increased my pain and discomfort.
I started Directed Pressure Point Technique treatments in 1994. I can honestly say that there has never been an occasion when I haven’t felt good after a treatment and I continue to go as regularly as I can to try and maintain this “bodily balance”.
Since my first visit, I have never experienced any pain or discomfort and I have never had any kind of negative after effects or complaints. My body feels stronger and more balanced than before and when I look around me at my contemporaries, I cannot believe the difference between them and myself.
I would also like to mention that I suffer from osteoporosis and my last bone density examination showed a slight improvement in bone density, which is rather rare.
